Participants in this session will learn how to take a systemic view of the strengths and challenges of grantee relationship management. You will learn to diagnose and work with issues including mission alignment, role clarity, and conflict management. Exercises will deepen your understanding of your relationship to a grantee and you will explore a case study on how to enhance collaboration and effectiveness.
