Michael Hill is the executive vice president of the Dorot Foundation, a family foundation working in and out of the Jewish world, in the U.S. and Israel. In addition to grantmaking, the foundation operates the Dorot Fellowship in Israel, a leadership development program and network for Jewish young adults. Michael has spent, and continues to spend, an inordinate amount of time thinking about change—what thwarts it and what supports it.
