Scott Kaufman is CEO of the Jewish Federation of Metropolitan Detroit. Prior to his appointment as CEO in 2009, he was director of strategic initiatives, responsible for addressing the issue of attracting and retaining young talent within the Jewish community. Prior to joining Federation in 2007, Kaufman was a real estate developer. He is also a founding partner of Joe Dumars’ Fieldhouse, one of the largest sports and entertainment facilities in the country.
